At the end of November 2016 SFCU´s C-MEM specialist Dr. Simon Jabornig was invited to China by the Chinese plastics manufacturer Shuangxin New Material Group (Inner Mongolia province) to visit the company´s wastewater treatment plant, collect data and discuss the existing problems so that a detail concept for plant optimization can be elaborated afterwards.

As the plastics production of the company (PVA-based) produces different kinds of wastewaters, all of which shall be treated, Dr. Jabornig already presented several variants for plant optimization on site.
