The fully automatic C-MEM plant in Roßleithen has been in operation since summer 2021 and provides drinking water for up to 3000 people.
The innovative C-MEM technology is based on ultrafiltration with a pore size of approximately 20 nanometres and thus reliably separates all turbid matter. The filtration system thus provides reliable protection for the existing UV system.
The technology used can also be applied as a powerless system for self-supply and is called C-MEM Zero.
The membrane filter used does not wear out and can be cleaned again and again.
