In Roßleithen, Austria, SFC Umwelttechnik has installed a C-MEM™ ultrafiltration plant designed for a flow rate of 5 l/sec, equivalent to about 2,000 population equivalents. The plant treats water from the largest karst spring in Austria, the Pießling Ursprung. During heavy rainfall, the C-MEM technology ensures the removal of particles and turbidity, allowing UV operation at all times. This modern solution replaces the old ozonation and sandfilter system and ensures consistently high water quality. This project demonstrates the effectiveness of the C-MEM™ ultrafiltration technology in ensuring a reliable drinking water supply.
