Mittaphab Hospital, Laos 

At Mittaphab Hospital, Laos, SFC Umwelttechnik installed a C-MEM™ MBR plant for the treatment of hospital wastewater, designed for 4,000 population equivalents. The plant has been in operation since 2017 and includes 10 modules. Due to the hard-to-degrade wastewater and the necessity for high effluent quality, the plant effectively removes antibiotic-resistant germs and pharmaceutical residues. This project demonstrates the capability of the C-MEM™ MBR technology in addressing specific challenges in hospital wastewater treatment.
