The pilot tests concerning the removal of trace substances in the plant effluent by applying the innovative process combination ionOXess and C-MEM, which were successfully carried out by SFC Umwelttechnik GmbH at Bad Reichenhall WWTP (55,000 p.e.) from early summer to the end of November last year, will now be continued and extended again in cooperation with the Technical University of Munich, with ionOXess Co. and the MCI Innsbruck.

The focus of the new tests will also be on the capacity of the process combination regarding the removal of selected pharmaceuticals.
