Some of our processes are also available in containers:

C-TECH Container

2 sizes:

• Type A 20 ft. Container
• Type B 40 ft. Container

3 treatment levels:

• Level 1 carbon removal only
• Level 2 simultaneous sludge stabilization
• Level N nitrogen and phosphorus removal

Depending on temperature and dimensioning conditions 1,000 p.e or up to 400 m³/d wastewater can be treated per container. Parallel containers can treat a multiple of this.

Industrial Wastewater

Due to its selector and its OUR control the C-TECH process offers great advantages regarding operational safety and costs when easily degradable industrial wastewaters e.g. paper mill wastewater are treated. For heavily degradable wastewaters it offers advantages concerning COD asdorption and treatment Efficiency.

As a contribution to internal loop closure we offer membrane plants for the separation of solids and fibres (paper). Such plants are especially suitable for the complete separation of soldis after operationally unstable DAF (dissolved air flotation) plants and allow for influent values of 200 – 600 mg/l at 90 % water reclamation.
The effluent is free of suspended solids. (SS << 1 mg/l).

SFC also provides pilot plants for specific wastewaters:

• pharmaceutical industry
• landfill leachates etc.
